CHM eBook Reader for Pocket PC is a program that allows you to view files

Internet Explorer for Pocket PC 2002 does not support CSS

I'm a software developer and have often wanted to carry various CHMs with
me for reference - in fact the main use of my PocketPC *is* reference -
however I've not been able to find a good CHM reader. I recently downloaded
the microOLAP CHM eBook Reader, and I am very pleased with it - CHMs are now
the main format I use.
